We purchased a washer and gas dryer in which no one is capable of removing old ones/installing new ones despite paying almost $200 for the services. I have been pushed from phone number to phone number to schedule the installation myself. Why sell gas appliances if you are incapable of installing them?! They're still sitting in their boxes...
