  Worst company to work with. They are trained liars and will tell and promise you anything just to make a sale. Disgusting if you ask me. Don’t do their help you switch program it is fraud. And it’s always your word against theirs. Tunch signed me up and lied about the help you switch program when I went to speak with someone about the LIE. Angelo the manager insisted he would contact me back and basically rushed me out of the store and off the phone when I did get ahold of him. I waited two weeks for him to contact me and he didn’t. Finally, I went into the store to have the problem solved and there was nothing they could do. Tunch wasn’t even there to get the problem straightened out because he got a promotion for selling so many lies his sales were up. Take my advise go to another company. I’m embarrassed to say I should have stuck with T-Mobile they at least care about their customers. I rather have my calls drop once in awhile than be lied to.
